Investor Relations Associate

We are working with a leading global private equity firm with over $50bn+ capital raised to date. The firm invests in high-quality, profitable growth businesses across Technology, Business Services, Financial Services and Healthcare, with a global portfolio spanning 140+ companies.

The firm is looking to add an Investor Relations Associate to its growing IR team, supporting relationships with institutional investors and the broader fundraising and investor engagement function.

Responsibilities

• Support the firm's relationships with Limited Partners and institutional investors, primarily across North America.
• Assist with investor communications, including quarterly updates, portfolio reporting and ad hoc LP requests.
• Support fundraising initiatives across existing and prospective investors.
• Prepare and coordinate RFPs, DDQs, investor presentations and marketing materials.
• Maintain and analyze investor data, tracking LP activity, commitments and engagement.
• Coordinate investor meetings, calls and due diligence processes alongside senior IR professionals.
• Work closely with the investment, finance and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely investor information.
• Assist with investor events, annual meetings and other LP engagement initiatives.
• Conduct research on existing and prospective investors and support broader capital formation initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Asset Management or a related field.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Genuine interest in private markets and institutional investing.
