Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $95,000 to $100,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple projects, including requests for proposals, diligence questions, and investor presentations.
- Facilitate information flow between internal teams and current or prospective limited partners by managing due diligence requests.
- Respond to RFPs and DDQs by leveraging internal databases and collaborating with relevant departments.
- Create and update marketing materials, decks, tour materials, and custom pipelines for investor relations.
- Use CRM systems to track fundraising activities and document investor communications.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills for investor and internal collaboration.
- Possess strong organizational and workload management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Show proficiency in PowerPoint for creating and updating investor presentations and marketing materials.
- Exhibit experience with CRM systems for tracking fundraising efforts and maintaining investor data.
- Maintain autonomy by working independently while taking initiative in complex financial projects.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Apply strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accuracy in investor materials.
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Participate in diligence calls, onsite meetings, and asset tours to support investor relations efforts.
- Uphold professionalism when interacting with firm management, fundraising, accounting, investment, and compliance teams.
