Base pay range
$95,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial and market data for use in investor communications and presentations
- Develop, format, and quality-check reports, decks, and other materials for internal and external meetings
- Maintain and update communication channels such as company websites, press releases, and corporate announcements
- Draft and edit content including investor updates, marketing collateral, and internal communications (e.g., newsletters, social content)
- Support meeting preparation and coordination, including complex multi-timezone scheduling
- Draft investor correspondence and manage follow-up documentation
- Maintain accurate investor records, contact databases, and filing systems
- Assist with execution and distribution of legal and investor-related documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of professional experience in investor relations, finance, or a related analytical or communications role preferred
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
