Onsite Full Time Investing & Investment Banking

Investment Support Associate

Join a fast-growing investment firm that operates with the speed and creativity of a startup. We’re building a modern investment platform and looking for someone who loves being at the center of activity—keeping the team organized, informed, and running at full velocity.

This is not a traditional deal role. Instead, you’ll be the backbone of the investment team: organizing information, surfacing insights, strengthening relationships, and ensuring our internal engine moves smoothly every single day.

If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy problem-solving, and like being the person everyone relies on, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and enhance our CRM—tracking interactions, intros, and activity
  • Build visibility across our network of founders, bankers, advisors, and operators
  • Spot executive moves, emerging trends, and signals that matter
  • Help connect the right people at the right moment

Pipeline & Research Support

  • Keep the investment pipeline current, clear, and decision-ready
  • Join meetings to capture follow-ups and action items
  • Conduct quick-turn research on companies, sectors, and competitive landscapes
  • Track investor activity and where markets are heating up

Events, Content & Brand

  • Support creation of pitch materials and internal content updates
  • Assist with planning and executing executive events and conferences
  • Be present on-site for major events to ensure smooth operations

Tools, Systems & New Ideas

  • Test new sourcing tools, platforms, and data products
  • Work with internal partners to implement and improve systems
  • Build workflows and processes that help the team operate smarter

What You Bring

  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing detail
  • Comfort interacting with executives and teammates alike
  • Clear, concise communication skills
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset
  • Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a love for solving problems
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Experience with CRMs or private company databases (PitchBook, Grata, etc.) a plus
  • Interest in using AI tools to accelerate and automate work

Background That Fits Well

  • 1–2 years in business development, operations, sales ops, research, consulting, or investment support
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or other fast-paced settings is helpful but not required
