Administrative Assistant – Investment ServicesThe Administrative Assistant – Investment Services performs a wide variety of administrative support duties for the Wealth Management Operations Manager, Assistant Manager Investment Services and Vice President. Position entails heavy phones, customer contact and other support functions. Deals with confidential and sensitive documentation regarding client accounts. Interacts with bank associates, various personnel for the Broker Dealer insurance companies and department vendors. Handles questions and paperwork from clients and Financial Advisors, is the key person for uploading documents into the Broker Dealer system. Prepares various reports for the Operations Manager and Vice President.
