Duties
- Form private investment funds, including hedge funds, venture capital funds, and private equity funds.
- Structure and draft documentation for upper-tier management entities and bonus and carry plans.
- Work on secondary transactions, including GP-led restructurings.
- Assist with investments by institutional investors in private funds and co-investments.
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in a large law firm.
- Familiarity with private fund structures and relevant laws and regulations.
- Active bar membership in the state of the office location.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

- Active bar membership.
