Duties
- Advise on private fund formation, structuring, and operation.
- Draft and review fund documentation and related transactions.
- Provide guidance on co-investments, secondary transactions, and separately managed accounts.
- Ensure compliance with the Investment Advisers Act and other regulatory matters.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of investment management, private funds, or related corporate experience.
- Experience with private equity, real estate, hedge funds, or other alternative investment vehicles preferred.
- Strong academic credentials and attention to detail.
- Admission to the applicable state bar.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
