The Opportunity
- Advise top-tier global asset managers, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions on complex, high-value cross-border transactions.
- Counsel clients on the entire fund lifecycle, from initial structuring and launch through to subscription financing, regulatory compliance, and eventual wind-downs.
Candidate Profile
- Strong background (5 PQE+) handling both open-ended and closed-ended fund structures within a top-tier Irish, UK, or international practice.
- Deep familiarisation with fund launches, listings, fund finance, and ongoing regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent technical drafting capabilities paired with strong interpersonal skills and a commercial, client-facing mindset.
