Overview
- Requires significant experience forming, structuring, and advising on a variety of retail fund products.
- This includes traditional funds such as mutual funds, ETFs, and listed closed-end funds.
- Also requires experience with "alternative" " funds, including interval/tender offer funds, business development companies (BDCs), real estate investment trusts (REITs), and "holding company" or similar structures.
- Experience with U.S. and global regulatory, compliance, and distribution matters is a plus.
- Public company reporting experience, including capital markets experience, is also valued.
