• The role primarily supports one of the firm’s largest private equity clients on asset management, private equity, investment funds, fund management, and related transactional and governance matters.
• The Associate serves as a dedicated legal resource for a high-volume client workflow, supporting fund formation, co-investments, management company matters, transfer documentation, upper‑tier carried interest grants, and related fund operations.
• Requires an experienced attorney who can work independently, build trusted client relationships, and possesses deep subject matter knowledge of a sophisticated investment platform.
• The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with periodic in-office and client‑facing presence.
