This role is ideal for an attorney with 1–3 years of experience in fund formation who is looking to build deep, specialized experience within a highly regarded Investment Funds practice.About the RoleIn this position, you will support a sophisticated funds group handling a variety of matters for private investment fund sponsors and institutional investors.
