The candidate should have 3–6 years of experience and a JD, with strong academic background and practice in formation and operation of private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds. Experience in secondary transactions (sponsor- and investor-side) and in structuring separately managed accounts or carry vehicles is a plus.
