The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced attorneys to advise clients on a wide range of investment fund matters, including fund formation, fund financing, and fund governance. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and talented individual to gain hands-on experience in the investment funds industry and contribute to the success of our clients.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law schoolAdmission to practice law in at least one U.S.
jurisdiction (or eligibility to sit for the bar exam in Massachusetts)0-3 years of experience in investment funds or related experience in a law firm or financial institutionStrong academic record and excellent research, writing, and analytical skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications:Experience in investment funds, asset management, or private equityFamiliarity with fund formation, fund governance, and regulatory issues affecting investment fundsExperience working with clients in the financial services industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills
