This full-time, on-site role sits on the investment team, sourcing and leading deals from pre-seed through Series A alongside the firm's technical-founder-focused portfolio.**Key Responsibilities**- Source and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities in space-tech, autonomy, and robotics- Conduct rigorous market and financial analysis on prospective deals- Lead investment processes end-to-end, from initial screening through term sheet negotiation and closing- Work closely with founders to support portfolio companies on strategy, fundraising, and scaling- Collaborate with internal partners to refine investment theses and build sector insights- Manage deal pipelines and perform due diligence- Prepare investment memos and presentations- Represent the firm at industry events**Qualifications**- Strong proficiency in investment management, including experience leading deals and managing an early-stage portfolio- Advanced analytical and finance skills, with demonstrated ability in financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment- Expertise developing and implementing venture capital investment strategies, particularly in deep-tech sectors- Relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, or technology-focused investing, ideally in space-tech, autonomy, or robotics- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus- Ability to build trusted relationships with technical founders and co-investors- Comfort with on-site work in San Francisco, CA, including meetings, conferences, and site visits**Location & Compensation**On-site in San Francisco, CA.
