Selby Jennings is partnering with a boutique Investment Bank/Private Equity firm headquartered in Las Vegas, specializing in middle‑market transactions, with a strong focus on real estate, gaming, and hospitality sectors. They offer a unique platform providing hands‑on exposure to capital markets, M&A, and private equity through their affiliated fund.

They are seeking a highly motivated Vice President to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions and gain significant client exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the end‑to‑end execution of M&A and capital markets transactions
• Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables.
• Drive financial modeling, valuation analyses, and preparation of client presentations.
• Collaborate closely with senior bankers to develop strategic insights and deliver exceptional client service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in investment banking, commercial banking, or real estate lending.
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ties to Las Vegas (family, partner, prior residency, etc.) or strong affinity for the region.
• Interest in gaming, real estate, and middle‑market transactions.
