- Typical deal sizes: $50M–$500M EV | $5M–$15M EBITDA
- 9-person team (4 MDs, 3 VPs, 1 Associate, 1 Analyst)

Qualifications
- 1–2+ years full-time Investment Banking experience with closed deal reps
- 1–5 years total work experience
- Strong modeling fundamentals, writing, and attention to detail
- Sector interest in Industrials / Transportation / Logistics / Supply Chain
- Other deal-related backgrounds (Big 4 TAS, Corp Dev, PE/VC, Valuation) considered case-by-case
Compensation
Competitive base + bonus
- $100K–$110K base + Bonus (target ~180k all-in)
