This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly active and growing platform with a strong track record of advising technology services companies on complex and high-profile M&A, strategic advisory, and capital raising transactions. The team offers significant deal exposure, direct access to senior bankers, and the opportunity to work with leading founder-owned, sponsor-backed, and publicly traded businesses across the technology services landscape. Support the execution of M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets transactions across the Technology Services sector Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials Prepare client presentations, pitch books, marketing materials, and management presentations Collaborate closely with senior bankers and contribute to the team's origination efforts 2–4 years of Investment Banking experience, ideally with exposure to Technology, Technology Services, TMT, M&A, or related sectors
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
Experience supporting or executing live M&A and/or capital markets transactions in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
Work on high-profile transactions across a broad range of technology services subsectors Direct exposure to senior leadership, private equity sponsors, and leading technology companies Associate 1–2 (2–4 years of Investment Banking experience)
