The Associate will focus primarily on M&A and capital raising across power, renewables, and energy transition, with significant exposure to asset-level transactions as well as corporate advisory. Current and recent mandates include renewable asset sell-sides, capital raises for renewable and power developers, structured equity transactions, and opportunities involving conventional power assets.
