Investment Banker for AI Systems Evaluation

Evaluate how AI systems perform real-world investment banking work by defining what excellent bank-quality work looks like. You will not produce deliverables for deals. Instead you will create task-specific grading standards and assign scores to completed work samples, providing rigorous, written justifications that make each assessment reproducible and defensible.

• Develop precise, task-specific grading criteria for common banking deliverables, including financial models, valuation analyses, pitch decks and CIMs, deal memos, and board or committee materials
• Score AI-generated and human-produced work samples against those criteria, writing a detailed justification for every score
• Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment so scores are reproducible and defensible
• Receive structured feedback from senior reviewers and iterate quickly to refine criteria and scoring

• Minimum 2 years of professional investment banking experience, at associate level or above
• Experience at major global investment banks or elite advisory boutiques, in M&A, coverage, or capital markets
• Deep practical fluency in day-to-day banking work: three-statement and transaction modeling, DCF, LBO, comparables, merger math, valuation judgment, and preparation of deal-process materials
• Familiarity with the formatting and accuracy standards expected of bank-quality deliverables
• Exceptional written communication, able to explain precisely why a piece of work meets or fails the standard
• Detail-oriented and consistent, comfortable having your judgment reviewed and calibrated against peers
• Prior experience with AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects is a strong plus
