The role:
Focuses on evaluating and executing investments through financial modeling, market research, due diligence, and preparation of investment committee materials. It also involves sourcing opportunities, identifying new investment themes, managing external advisors, and building industry relationships. Post-investment responsibilities include monitoring portfolio companies, identifying M&A opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives with management teams.
The firm:
• Multi-billion-dollar AUM, control buyouts across media, entertainment, communications, and technology
Looking for:
• Investment banking background in a true M&A seat with strong deal experience
• Investment banking + PE is also a strong fit
• Industry vertical is flexible, TMT or Industrials is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, comfortable managing up quickly
This is not a two year associate program, it is a long term hire.
