Investigation And Compliance Specialist
As an Investigation and Compliance Specialist, you will perform the following duties:
- Serve as an expert on a full range of complex regulatory issues related to foreign suppliers of ICTS, including analysis of transactions.
- Engage with foreign governments, private businesses, interagency members, and foreign and domestic stakeholders.
- Analyzes complex regulatory issues, develops regulatory determinations and mitigation strategies, and provides recommendations that inform agency decisions on compliance, enforcement, and ICTS rulemaking or licensing
