This role is responsible for managing material flow, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring alignment between physical stock and system data (SAP), while also supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Summary of Essential Job FunctionsReceive incoming materials and verify that physically received inventory matches system records in SAPPerform systematic goods receipt transactions and ensure accurate documentationMaintain and monitor current inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure alignment between SAP records and physical stockExecute material movements, transfers, and shipments both physically and systematically, ensuring accurate counts and traceabilityPrepare and send outgoing materials, verifying quantities and documentation for accuracyCommunicate effectively with receiving and shipping counterparts across different warehouse locations to coordinate material flowTrack and manage rejected or non-conforming material in a separate offline inventory systemCollaborate with relevant teams to ensure proper handling and disposition of rejected/bad partsSupport SAP data entry, inventory adjustments, and reporting activitiesAssist with data analysis and reporting related to inventory accuracy, discrepancies, and material flowProvide general administrative and office supportKnowledge and SkillsStrong understanding of inventory management principles and material flow processesExperience with SAP, specifically material movements, goods receipts, and transfersProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and OutlookHigh attention to detail with strong organizational and record-keeping skillsAbility to perform inventory audits and reconcile discrepanciesEffective communication skills for cross-functional coordinationBasic knowledge of administrative procedures, reporting, and documentation practicesEducation and Work ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required2+ years of experience in material handling, inventory control, or warehouse operations preferredExperience working with SAP in a logistics or inventory environment strongly preferredPrevious experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook requiredSpecial RequirementsAbility to work in a warehouse environmentCapable of handling physical material movement as requiredStrong focus on accuracy, accountability, and process adherence
