Bailey Nurseries, Inc., a fifth-generation, family-owned wholesale plant grower, is seeking an Inventory Control professional to support accurate, efficient plant and materials flow across our nursery operations in Newport, MN. In this field-based role, you will track inventory in greenhouses, fields, and distribution areas; perform cycle counts and full physical inventories; and reconcile variances in our systems. You’ll partner closely with growing, production, and logistics teams to align stock with orders, maintain clear labeling and lot traceability, and provide reports that support planning and continuous improvement in a safe, collaborative environment.
