As an Inventory Control Technician I in our Operations function within the Spine division, you'll play a hands-on role in warehouse operations — accurately picking inventory for orders, moving stock, and supporting inventory accuracy to ensure products are ready when needed.What You'll Do:Practice good GDocP (Good Documentation Practices) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)Accurately pick various work order typesMove inventory to pickable stock locationsPerform basic JD Edwards functions, including summary availability searches and inventory transfersParticipate in periodic inventory cycle countsUtilize ComplianceWire and Windchill systemsPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedWhat You Bring:High School diploma or equivalent requiredStrong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to be organized, detail-oriented, process- and goal-oriented, and a self-starterAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team playerAbility to read, write, and understand detailed work instructions and Good Manufacturing ProcessesAbility to calculate figures and apply basic math conceptsAbility to follow detailed work instructions, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteWhy VB Spine? The typical pay rate for this role is $23/hr, with potential for overtime and incentives plus benefits.
