Inventory Control SupervisorFII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead inventory control operations and ensure inventory accuracy, compliance, and efficient material management across warehouse operations. Once a part of the team, you will oversee inventory control personnel, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support cross-functional operations within the Warehouse Department while having the opportunity to display leadership and critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing. The Inventory Control Supervisor will oversee inventory transactions, supervise inventory control staff, coordinate inventory audits, and ensure compliance with company policies while supporting the Warehouse Department as needed.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and develop Inventory Control team members, providing coaching, training, and performance managementOversee daily inventory control activities to ensure inventory accuracy across warehouse operationsReconcile inventory balances between warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and financial recordsEnsure compliance with company inventory control procedures, internal controls, and warehouse standardsInvestigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actionsPlan, coordinate, and oversee physical inventories, cycle counts, and inventory audits across warehouse locationsReview inventory adjustments, scrap transactions, material dispositions, and inventory transfers for accuracy and complianceMaintain accurate, audit-ready documentation for inventory transactions and inventory control activitiesAnalyze inventory trends, aging reports, and stock movement to identify operational risks and improvement opportunitiesMonitor inventory KPIs and develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management reviewCollaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to improve inventory accuracy and material flowDevelop, standardize, and maintain inventory procedures, work instructions, and best practicesSupport inventory reserve calculations for slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventoryLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and process optimizationSupport internal and external audits and ensure timely completion of corrective actionsAssist with warehouse planning, staffing, and operational priorities as neededOther Duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred5+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, or inventory management, including at least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experienceStrong understanding of inventory management principles, warehouse operations, and inventory control processesExperience supervising inventory teams within a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environmentExperience working with ERP and warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar preferred)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis functionsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detailExperience managing cycle count programs, physical inventories, and inventory auditsKnowledge of internal controls, inventory compliance, and audit requirements preferredExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departmentsAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities and lead effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to sit, stand, and work in a production/warehouse environment and lift up to 50 poundsReasons you should work for us:Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.Basic life insurance and short-term disability coverage provided by employer.Supplemental life insurance and long-term disability coverage options available.401K with employer contribution.Personal, Vacation, and Holiday paid time off for all full-time employees.Onsite Aurora Health & Wellness Center available for all employees.Employees are continuously encouraged to learn and grow their careers in smart manufacturing.About Foxconn WIFII USA, Inc, a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is a global leader in smart manufacturing and industrial internet services.
