Imperial Brady is a great place to take that next step if you're eager to find your next opportunity.You will:Supervise inventory control and accuracy for the facilityLead a team of 4 to 5 Inventory Control Associates, provide staff development and trainingMaintain the physical inventoryImprove controlsIdentify operational issuesConsistently execute the cycle count program to ensure inventory and location accuracyValidate the accuracy of products transferred between facilitiesResearch and resolve discrepanciesMonitor adjustments in the warehouse management systemForecast potential inventory issuesCollaborate with other departments to ensure efficienciesYou have:3+ years of direct inventory control experience, ideally in distribution operations1+ years of supervisory experienceHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalentExperience with warehouse equipment and warehouse management systemsStrong communication, analytical, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelWe offer a dynamic environment for our more than 13,000 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
