Bakerly is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy at our manufacturing facility. You will manage daily inventory activities, including cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance investigations for raw materials and finished goods. Using ERP/WMS tools and Excel, you’ll maintain precise records, generate reports, and partner with production, purchasing, and logistics to support efficient, on-time baking operations.
You will lead and develop a small team, refine processes, uphold food safety and audit standards, and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
