Duties & Responsibilities include ?Improved inventory accuracy and facilitating production reporting by ensuring that the business system correctly capture all physical inventory movements and transactions that are made by:
- Champion labeling accuracy, lot accuracy, weight accuracy, and FIFO compliance with the assistance of system generated reports
- Generate reporting from ERP system as needed
- Address individuals with inaccuracies and process deviations in real time and report to supervisors where patterns are developing
- Review MSR for future production & communicate shortage to appropriate personnel
- Work with purchasing and receiving to ensure just in time materials are scheduled appropriately and on time
- Perform & delegate inventory cycle counts as needed
- Responsible for maintaining quality standards, conditions, and/or specifications throughout the entire plant system
- Reports and/or documents any quality related deviations to the appropriate personnel
- Avoids contamination whenever possible.
- Responsible for following food quality and safety guidelines
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Knowledge/Experience/Skills:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measures, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exist
- Lift up to 50 lbs. sparingly and for sustained amounts of time
- Candidate must be self-motivated, and have the ability to work with minimal supervision
