Inventory Control - Material Handling1st Shift 5:00AM-3:00PM, 2nd Shift 3:15PM-1:15AM, Weekend Shift (Fri, Sat, Sun) 6:00AM-6:00PM(Fridays as needed for overtime, we are currently working 8 hours on Fridays)SummaryReporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing the Maintenance Department, including training, scheduling, and mentoring staff; supervising and planning equipment maintenance; and performing various maintenance duties in a safe environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.Staging and stocking needed materials for productionDeliver and retrieve materials between departments and buildingsCycle countingEnsure quality on all assembled and pre-assembled materialsWork closely with a teamSupport and cross train in other inventory control areasQualificationsBasic reading, writing, and math skills as well as the ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsAbility to read/use a tape measure and various hand toolsAbility to adapt – must be flexibleStrong attention to detailAbility to communicate effectivelyMust be willing to become forklift certified within the first 30 days of employmentPrior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required – willing to train the right candidateReliability and proven attendance at past jobsBenefit PackageTwo (2) weeks of vacation, on an accrual systemHealth, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance after 30 days of employment on the 1st of the monthPaid Holidays401K Plan with company match (50% up to 5%)Company Health Savings Account contributions ($500-$1800)Sign-On Bonus $500Maternity/Paternity PayPaid time off for birthdaysChildcare reimbursementGym ReimbursementFun Activities & Prizes throughout the yearPhysical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls.
