Marathon Staffing is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support warehouse operations within our light industrial client base. In this role, you will accurately track, count, and reconcile inventory, process incoming and outgoing shipments, and investigate discrepancies in stock records. You will use basic computer systems and handheld scanners, generate inventory reports, and coordinate with supervisors and shipping/receiving teams.
This position requires strong attention to detail, basic math skills, reliability, and the ability to stand, lift, and move materials in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
