This position will work closely with demand planning and sales to gather all necessary information to place orders with suppliers and keep a sufficient supply in stock. A constant pulse on demand and inventory positions will be critical in order to be successful. This position will analyze and report on potential overages or shortages before they become an issue.Duties and Responsibilities:Support and execute strategic replenishment planCollaborate with Demand Planning to determine current and historical trends in demand to ensure appropriate inventory position to maximize sales, inventory turns and gross marginAnalyze replenishment historical trends to adjust system settings for store inventoryTrack incoming materials and insure on-time deliveryUnderstand current trends and future plans, work with Demand Planning to adjust inventory and order strategy with field and regional teamsRecognize and execute enhanced inventory practices with replenishment team membersSupport customer service on decisions relating to expediting product and data changes to prevent out-of-stocksAnalyze inventory to increase or decrease projections-based inventory levelsProject and plan replenishment to proper safety levels within each warehouse and facilityUse supply chain strategy to optimize sales and inventory effectiveness for every itemParticipate in meetings by offering replenishment related informationWorking Conditions: Primarily working indoors, office environment. May sit for several hours at a time.

Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.Qualifications:Work Experience: 2 years' experience working within a manufacturing supply chain industryEducation: Associate's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experienceComputer Skills: Knowledge of ER/MRP system such as MAPICS or equivalent software; Knowledgeable with MS Office Suite, Advanced MS ExcelOrganization Skills: Effective time management skills and the ability to organize and direct the quality of the work of teams amidst the demands of multiple projects and demanding internal and external customersCross-functional skills: Ability to work and handle multiple cross-functional teamsCommunication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to senior-level management, customers and suppliersPhysical, Mental and Visual Skills: Ability to lift, bend, and twist throughout the workday.
