Logistics

• $22-$25/hr
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Fully onsite in Glendale, AZ
• Rolling 18-month contract through Insight Global
• Supporting a fast-paced, greenfield manufacturing facility serving the data center industry
• Looking for experience in inventory, warehouse, shipping/receiving, materials, or logistics operations

Overview

We are seeking an Inventory Clerk to support inventory and warehouse operations within a rapidly growing manufacturing facility. This individual will help maintain inventory accuracy, process transactions within inventory systems, coordinate material movement, and support daily warehouse activities to keep production running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming materials and inventory
• Enter inventory transactions into ERP/WMS systems
• Coordinate material flow between warehouse and production teams
• Support shipping and receiving operations
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Help resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain inventory records, reports, and documentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, materials, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience
• Experience using an ERP, WMS, or xhqgsiq inventory management system
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

• SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP experience
• Cycle count and inventory reconciliation experience
• Greenfield or startup manufacturing experience
• Excel reporting experience
