- Supporting a fast-paced, greenfield manufacturing facility serving the data center industry

Overview
We are seeking an Inventory Clerk to support inventory and warehouse operations within a rapidly growing manufacturing facility. This individual will help maintain inventory accuracy, process transactions within inventory systems, coordinate material movement, and support daily warehouse activities to keep production running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming materials and inventory
- Enter inventory transactions into ERP/WMS systems
- Coordinate material flow between warehouse and production teams
- Support shipping and receiving operations
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Help resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain inventory records, reports, and documentation
Requirements
- 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, materials, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience
- Experience using an ERP, WMS, or inventory management system
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
- SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP experience
- Cycle count and inventory reconciliation experience
- Greenfield or startup manufacturing experience
- Excel reporting experience
