Inventory & Procurement Specialist
Location: Cambridge, MA
Full-Time Contract

What You'll Do
Manage inventory levels and replenish stock
Create and track purchase orders
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Monitor deliveries and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems
Partner with warehouse and operations teams
Analyze inventory data to improve efficiency
Qualifications
️ Experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory control
️ Strong Microsoft Excel skills
️ ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar preferred)
️ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
️ Manufacturing or supply chain experience is a plus
