Inventory Analyst II

Location: Fairfield, OH 45014

Duration: 12+ Months

Max Pay Rate: $34.50/hr on W2 (No Benefits)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and material availability to support production requirements.
• Review Master Production Plans (MPP) and identify inventory shortages or excess.
• Monitor inventory across warehouse and third-party logistics (3PL) locations.
• Coordinate inventory transfers and material pulls between warehouse and 3PL.
• Process goods receipts (GR), inventory movements, and transactions in SAP.
• Perform inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Resolve inventory quantity and documentation discrepancies with 3PL providers.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and 3PL teams.
• Maintain inventory compliance documentation and support monthly audits.
• Manage excess inventory shipments to 3PL and ensure inventory accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or Materials Planning within manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Inventory Management, goods receipts, and inventory movement transactions.
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Operations and 3PL Management.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to analyze inventory data, identify shortages, and perform root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support recurring weekly/monthly processes.
• Willingness to travel to 3PL facilities for inventory counts and audits as needed.
