Inventory Admin CoordinatorLocation: Tempe, AZ Pay Rate: $23.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMPosition Overview: We're seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Materials Coordinator to support inventory organization and materials management in a production environment. In this role, you'll help maintain an accurate, well-organized inventory system by organizing parts, performing inventory counts, updating inventory records, and keeping work areas clean and orderly. This position supports a variety of manufacturing programs and is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and hands-on work.What You'll Do:Organize parts by part number and place them into designated storage bins.Enter part numbers and inventory information into the Master Inventory List (MIL).Print labels and accurately tag inventory bins and shelves.Document discrepancies, missing information, and unknown manufacturers/vendors.Label inventory locations using the appropriate identifiers and location codes.Record inventory locations and perform accurate inventory counts.Coordinate with maintenance technicians and inventory administrators to ensure inventory records remain accurate.Notify the team when storage materials or supplies need replenishment.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by: Dusting shelves and storage binsSweeping floorsBreaking down boxesRemoving trash and debrisWork Environment:Production/manufacturing environmentSupports multiple manufacturing programsActive role requiring standing, walking, organizing materials, and maintaining inventory throughout the shiftQualifications:U.S.
