Responsibilities - Invasive Vascular Rad Tech:
- Assists radiologist with all aspects of patient care during diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures.
- Operates and maintains diagnostic x-ray and ultrasound equipment in the performance of patient care.
- Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, RIS data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation.
- Any other related duties as necessary.
Education:
- Required - Technical in Radiology
- Or Associates in Radiology
Required Credentials:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Radiology - State of Florida
- ARRT (Radiologic Technologists)
- Must receive Vascular Interventional modality certification within one year of employment
Experience:
- Essential: Radiology
- Nonessential: Vascular
