Role: Intune Engineer
Location: Tampa, FL – Hybrid
Pay Rate: $45/hr on W2
Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Intune Engineer to manage and support enterprise endpoint management services across Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM platforms. The role will focus on endpoint security, device lifecycle management, compliance, software deployment, and operational excellence across Azure, AWS, OCI, and GCP environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM environments.
- Configure endpoint policies, profiles, security baselines, compliance, and application deployments.
- Support Windows 10/11 device provisioning, patching, configuration, and decommissioning.
- Manage Entra ID, Conditional Access, endpoint security, and device compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint incidents and service issues.
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, risks, and overall endpoint service performance.
- Collaborate with Service Desk, Security, Field Services, and Infrastructure teams.
- Develop and maintain operational processes, runbooks, and standardized deployment models.
