This daylight position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), along with on-call coverage one full week every four weeks and rotating holiday responsibilities, giving you a strong balance of routine and variety.

Eligible applicants will be offered a sign-on bonus of $20,000 for a 2-year work commitment.

Responsibilities:

  • Administers contrast in accordance with established protocols under the direction of the proceduralist

  • Performs proper patient positioning and applies appropriate radiographic techniques for interventional procedures

  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of patient preparation, equipment operation, and monitoring systems

  • Accurately identifies patients using two identifiers and follows universal protocol for all procedures

  • Reviews patient history and physician orders; applies departmental protocols to ensure optimal imaging results

  • Documents patient history and required information in the electronic medical record

  • Maintains a safe procedural environment by adhering to aseptic technique and time-out processes

  • Communicates clearly with patients to explain procedures, ease concerns, and encourage cooperation

  • Ensures all exams are accurately coded, tracked in RIS, transmitted to ISITE, and charges are properly entered

  • Builds positive relationships with patients and team members through compassion, respect, and active listening

  • Collaborates effectively across departments to support efficient patient care

  • Assists with general radiographic procedures as needed

  • Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology or an accredited program in invasive cardiovascular technology.Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.

  • ARRT Certificate OR Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist OR Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
