Interventional Radiologist

The Department of Radiology at Northwell Health is seeking board certified or board eligible Interventional Radiologists to join their dynamic team across a diverse network of facilities, including Lenox Hill Hospital and Staten Island University Hospital. Providers will utilize state-of-the-art equipment to perform a comprehensive range of arterial, venous, oncologic, complex vascular, spinal, and biopsy interventions. Responsibilities

• Perform arterial and venous interventions, including angiography, uterine fibroid embolization, prostate artery embolization, AV access creation and maintenance, venous interventions, and vascular access
• Perform oncologic and ablative therapies, including thermal ablation, radioembolization, and chemoembolization
• Perform complex vascular and visceral procedures, including TIPS, GU interventions, GI interventions, and biliary procedures
• Perform spinal and biopsy interventions, including vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, and image-guided biopsies

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC) in Interventional Radiology / Diagnostic Radiology
• Completion of an IR/DR residency or an Interventional Radiology fellowship
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in New York and Connecticut
