Interventional Radiologist

The Department of Radiology at Northwell Health is actively seeking board certified/eligible Interventional Radiologists to join their growing team across a diverse network of facilities, including prominent locations in Long Island, New York. Providers will work with state-of-the-art equipment to deliver comprehensive screening, diagnostic, and interventional services in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. Shift & Schedule

• Full Time

Responsibilities

• Perform arterial and venous interventions including angiography, uterine fibroid embolization, prostate artery embolization, AV access creation and maintenance, venous interventions, and vascular access
• Perform oncologic and ablative therapies including thermal ablation, radioembolization, chemoembolization, and histotripsy
• Conduct complex vascular and visceral procedures including TIPS, GU interventions, GI interventions, and biliary procedures
• Execute spinal and biopsy interventions including vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, and image-guided biopsies

Qualifications

• D. or D.O. degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC) in Interventional Radiology / Diagnostic Radiology
• Completion of an IR/DR residency or an Interventional Radiology fellowship
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in New York
