The Department of Radiology at Northwell Health is actively seeking board certified or board eligible Interventional Radiologists to join their team across a diverse network of facilities, including Long Island, New York. Providers will work with state-of-the-art equipment to perform a broad and comprehensive range of procedures in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities
- Perform arterial and venous interventions including angiography, uterine fibroid embolization, prostate artery embolization, AV access creation and maintenance, venous interventions, and vascular access
- Perform oncologic and ablative therapies including thermal ablation, radioembolization, chemoembolization, and histotripsy
- Perform complex vascular and visceral procedures including TIPS, GU interventions, GI interventions, and biliary procedures
- Perform spinal and biopsy interventions including vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, and image-guided biopsies
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC) in Interventional Radiology / Diagnostic Radiology
- Completion of an IR/DR residency or an Interventional Radiology fellowship
- Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in New York
