Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Radiologist to join a successful, well-established group in Bismarck, North Dakota. This dedicated Interventional position offers the opportunity to work with an experienced team of physicians and APPs in a newly remodeled department with state-of-the-art imaging equipment. The role involves providing a wide range of services, including stroke and pulmonary thrombectomy, cryo, and microwave ablation, within a DNV Primary Plus Stroke Certified Center.

- Join an experienced team of 4 Interventional Radiologists, 8 Diagnostic Radiologists, and 5 APPs
- Dedicated Interventional position with optional Diagnostic work
- Progressive IR department providing wide range of services, including stroke and pulmonary thrombectomy, cryo, and microwave ablation
- DNV Primary Plus Stroke Certified Center
- Two Single Plane Fluoro units and dedicated CT Scanner
- ACR Accredited Radiology Department
Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examination
- Admit, evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment plans for patients of all ages
Compensation
- Nationally competitive compensation plan
- Annual compensation of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract
- Estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
- $250,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Successful completion of a hospital affiliated Radiology residency program of at least 4 years duration and a clinical fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology of at least 1-year duration accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada in the residency
- Certification by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
- If not board certified at the time of application but completed fellowship training within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training unless waived
- If not applying directly out of a fellowship, must provide a quality profile from hospital(s) where privileges are held showing clinical activity for the past 24 months, including numbers of procedures performed, morbidity, mortality, infection rates, and other complications
- Must be able to demonstrate active involvement in at least 100 Interventional Radiology procedures in the last 24 months
