Interventional Radiologist

NKC Health is seeking skilled interventional radiologists for full-time positions offering the opportunity to practice specialty-specific IR. Providers will work in a brand new state-of-the-art IR department focusing exclusively on IR procedures without diagnostic interpretation responsibilities. Practice Info

• Brand new state of the art IR department consists of two Siemens single plan rooms, one multi-purpose room, and two ultrasound rooms
• CT guidance is also available in two additional locations
• IR procedures only, not diagnostic interpretation as that is managed by a separate in-house group
• Do not perform stroke intervention
• Services are provided at NKC Health hospital, 451-bed, Level II Trauma Center with 21,000 admissions and 85,000 ER visits
• Hospitalists admit and manage patients
• Cerner is clinic and hospital EMR
• Hospital employed through our multi-specialty physician enterprise of 300 physicians
• Referral base includes 70+ employed and 25+ independent primary care physicians in the community
