Medical Imaging Associates (MIA) is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist to join their physician-led practice in Idaho Falls and Pocatello, Idaho. This role offers a high-percentage IR-focused position within a collaborative and clinically sophisticated environment. The position provides opportunities for procedural diversity, clinical growth, and multidisciplinary collaboration, supported by a stable, physician-driven workflow.

Practice Info

  • High-percentage interventional radiology practice
  • Comprehensive IR service lines including interventional oncology, PAD, portal venous interventions, and outpatient vein services
  • Participation in advanced vascular imaging interpretation (CTA, MRA, vascular ultrasound)
  • Outpatient clinic supporting complex consultation and follow-up
  • Collaborative IR team environment
  • Supported by six dedicated Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

Responsibilities

  • Manage large vessel occlusion stroke thrombectomy (onsite training and experience offered)
  • Provide comprehensive interventional radiology services
  • Interpret advanced vascular imaging (CTA, MRA, vascular ultrasound)
  • Conduct outpatient clinic consultations and follow-up
  • Collaborate with referring providers and subspecialty colleagues

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary plus productivity-based bonus (radiology-specific workload model similar to RVUs)
  • Sign-on bonus and financial relocation assistance
  • Generous monthly stipend available for fellows in training
  • The salary range for this position is $600,000-$800,000
  • Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Shift & Schedule

  • Full-time (30+ hrs/week)

Requirements

  • Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology
  • Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
  • Comfortable with diagnostic radiology as appropriate
  • Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Idaho (additional state licensure supported as needed)
  • MQSA certification preferred but not required
