Interventional Radiologist

Mori, Bean and Brooks (MBB), a Radiology Partners practice and a leader in subspecialty diagnostic imaging and complex interventional services since 1968, is seeking a full-time Interventional Radiologist to join their team in Jacksonville, FL. This onsite, M-F day position offers a diverse, high-volume IR practice with strong PA support, allowing the radiologist to focus on complex cases. The role provides opportunities for professional growth and skill refinement within a well-established group.

Practice Info

• MBB provides exclusive diagnostic and interventional radiology services to seven hospitals in two hospital systems, including Baptist-MD Anderson Cancer Center, and 14 outpatient imaging centers.
• The practice offers a diverse, high-volume IR practice with opportunities to perform both routine and advanced procedures.
• Strong PA support is provided for patient workup and routine procedures, with more than 15 dedicated PAs supporting the IR team.
• The PA team also participates in the IR call process, acting as the first call from clinicians and responses to minimally invasive procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform core Interventional Radiology procedures, including dialysis access, venous access (ports, central lines), embolization, hepatobiliary interventions, percutaneous nephrostomy tubes, biopsies, and drainages.
• Focus on complex cases with support from PAs.
• Participate in IR call for additional compensation (optional).
• Perform a full spectrum of vascular and non-vascular interventions.
• Read general diagnostic imaging.

• The salary range for this position is $550,000-$725,000.
• This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Shift & Schedule

• Day/1st Shift
• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)/FULLTIME
• Onsite, M-F DAY position
• No diagnostic call responsibility
• IR call is optional while partnership track.
• Q8 IR call.
• Onsite M-F 7am-4pm EST or 8am-5pm EST
• 100% IR dedicated shifts

Requirements

• Board certified/eligible by American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, Board-certified and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
• Interventional Radiology Fellowship required
• Ability to secure a Florida license
• CAQ certified/eligible
