Interventional Radiologist

Weatherby is seeking a skilled physician for an inpatient coverage opportunity. This role involves performing CT-guided procedures, angiograms, and embolization, as well as image-guided biopsies, drain, and tube placements. The position offers competitive compensation and a supportive environment with residents serving as the first contact for call triage.

Practice Info

• Primarily inpatient coverage
• 1 - 15 patients per day depending on complexity and case mix
• Residents serve as first contact to triage all call

Responsibilities

• Perform CT-guided procedures
• Perform angiograms
• Perform embolization
• Perform image-guided biopsies
• Perform drain and tube placements

Compensation

• $400 - $450 hourly
• Competitive compensation
• Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay

Shift & Schedule

• Mon - Fri, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm with light call coverage
• Weekend call: approx. 1 in 6 weekends (Fri 5 pm - Mon 8 am)
