RP SMIL is seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist to join its well-established, multi-specialty practice in Scottsdale, AZ. The provider will focus primarily on interventional radiology, performing advanced procedures ranging from bleeding management to atherectomy and kyphoplasty. This full-time position offers an equitable share of shifts, call responsibilities, and vacation, alongside a partnership track and shareholder opportunities.

- Well-established, multi-specialty practice based in Scottsdale, AZ
- Majority of work to be in IR (minimum 80%)
- No Mammography, Nuclear Medicine or MSK responsibility
- Practice owns and operates nearly 20 outpatient imaging centers in the Valley and serves a healthcare network consisting of 6 hospitals
- Locally managed AI-enabled IT Platform with 24x7 IT support and a dedicated communications team, including Radiologist Support Coordinators (RSCs)
- Workflows supported by PowerScribe One, InteleRad, and Epic across reporting, imaging, and clinical systems
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of interventional procedures
- Perform advanced procedures ranging from bleeding management to atherectomy, kyphoplasty and more
Compensation
- Base salary range of $550,000-$700,000
- Productivity bonuses

Shift & Schedule
- Full-time (30+ hrs/week)

Requirements
- Interventional Radiology fellowship or Integrated IR residency required
- Board Eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
