Schedule & Hours:
- 12-hour day shifts, Friday through Sunday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm (36 hours/week)
- Weekend-based position
- On-call and call-back coverage required
- Holiday availability needed
- Rotation to different units/areas may be necessary (floating requirements)
- Experienced in performing Imaging and Interventional Radiology (IR) Tech duties
- Current certification/license as required by state and national boards
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating IR imaging equipment and assisting with a wide range of interventional procedures
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity settings and respond quickly to changes in patient needs
- Comfort with floating to different areas as needed and adapting to varying workflow demands
- Prepare and position patients for IR procedures following safety and sterile technique protocols
- Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality diagnostic outcomes
- Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff during procedures, providing technical assistance
- Adhere to department policies, maintain accurate records, and contribute to quality patient care
- Participate in on-call rotation, responding promptly to urgent and emergent cases
- Support other radiology areas as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
