Interventional Radiologic Technologist in Mount Pleasant, SC

Take on a dynamic role supporting a busy medical imaging department, where your expertise in Interventional Radiology will make a real difference. This contract assignment offers the chance to work in a well-equipped, 321-bed hospital, utilizing advanced procedures across all imaging modalities. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals and benefit from a modern clinical environment using Meditech documentation.
Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8-hour rotating shifts:
  • 7:00 am-3:30 pm
  • 8:00 am-4:30 pm
  • 9:00 am until cases are completed (call days)
• Rotational weekday and weekend call is required.

Qualifications:

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Graduate of a NLN-accredited school of nursing
• Proven experience in Interventional Radiology
• Neuro Interventional Radiology experience highly preferred
• Ability to provide moderate sedation in CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Radiology, and Interventional Radiology departments
• Skilled at working collaboratively and floating to all departments within Medical Imaging
• Comfortable in blue scrubs per facility dress code

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality imaging support in Interventional Radiology and related departments
• Perform procedures that require moderate sedation, maintaining patient safety and compliance with protocols
• Rotate through various imaging units to meet staffing needs
• Accurately document clinical activities within the Meditech system
• Participate in department calls and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
